Back to normal procedures

We are pleased to announce that we have resumed our normal patient procedures and office hours. The health of our team, patients, and community remains our top priority.

In addition to the stringent health and safety practices we have always followed, we have implemented additional protocols to promote the health and comfort of our patients.

Patients are being asked to self-screen prior to upcoming appointments to help protect against the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Please call our office if you have been ill (fever, cough, lethargy) within 14 days of an upcoming appointment. Similarly, please call our office if within 14 days of an upcoming appointment you have been in contact with anyone that has tested COVID-19 positive or if you have traveled to anywhere that COVID-19 is actively spreading. We will gladly re-schedule your appointment at a later date.

To minimize the congestion in our waiting area, we are asking patients to check-in for their appointment by calling or texting our office from their vehicle once they have arrived. We will invite you in for your appointment immediately or notify you once your appointment room is available.

These new protocols are consistent with recommendations from the CDC and the Department of Occupational Safety and Health to protect you, our staff, and our community.

It is required that all patients wear a mask upon entering our dental practice. When you enter our office we will confirm your health and take your temperature with a non-contact forehead thermometer – this process is quick and easy. Should there be concerns regarding your health, we will counsel you and may consider rescheduling your appointment.

We take pride in the care we provide and enjoy the relationships we have with our patients. As much as we love socializing and interacting with our patients, we will do our best to be efficient with your appointment time.

We hope this message finds you well and appreciate your compliance with the new protocols we have implemented. We look forward to seeing you all.
